Shipping Speed & Fulfillment: Upon dispatch, you'll get an email containing tracking information—allow a few days for processing. Domestic orders typically take between 3 to7 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Backorders: Delays may occasionally occur due to backorders. Our priority is to expedite shipment as soon as possible. Expect a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs: We offer acroos US not including Hawaii ad Alaska
International Shipping: WAMIFE currently ships only to the United States and Canada. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we expand to your region.
Lost Package: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted to support@wamife.com within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. If the provided shipping address is confirmed correct, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order. It's also advisable to contact your local post office to help locate the missing package. Note that if the tracking indicates delivery but you believe you haven't received it, we won't assume responsibility or resend the order at our expense.
Returned to Sender: If the tracking confirms delivery to you but it remained unclaimed, unclaimed shipments are returned to us. New shipping charges will apply for orders that were unclaimed or initially sent to an incorrect address.
